Text
The executive director may formulate, adopt, and post such rules and regulations for the government of lands and waters under his control including state game refuges, and for the protection and propagation of fish, game, fur-bearing animals and marine species thereon, as he may deem necessary for their proper use and administration, or as may be established pursuant to agreements with the director, division of forests and lands, department of natural and cultural resources, or proper federal authority or lessors.
