In addition to the area open to hunting as provided by RSA 212:13, when in the opinion of the executive director of the fish and game department and by agreement with the department of natural and cultural resources it is to be deemed in the interest of good game management practices, said Bear Brook Game Refuge may be open to the taking of deer by bow and arrow under such regulations as may be prescribed by the executive director of the fish and game department.
