§ 167:2-a — Employment of Person Receiving Assistance

New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 167 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO BLIND, AGED, OR DISABLED PERSONS, AND TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN
If any person receiving assistance under this chapter or RSA 161 is physically able to work, the commissioner of health and human services may require that such a person receiving aid work for the state at any job which the state has available that is within the capacity of the person receiving assistance.
