§ 167:20-b — Authorization for Work Incentive Program
New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 167 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO BLIND, AGED, OR DISABLED PERSONS, AND TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN
For purposes of complying with federal requirements of the social security act in the joint administration of the work incentive program by the appropriate agency of state government, the commissioner of the department of health and human services is hereby authorized to manifest, upon presentation of statement of costs, the non-federal contribution required by the social security act.
