§ 167:23 — Summons of Witnesses

New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 167 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO BLIND, AGED, OR DISABLED PERSONS, AND TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN
The commissioner of health and human services or his duly authorized agent shall have the power to issue subpoenas for witnesses and compel their attendance and the production of papers and writings.
