§ 167:15 — Existing Liens
New Hampshire·Title XII PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE·Ch. 167 PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO BLIND, AGED, OR DISABLED PERSONS, AND TO DEPENDENT CHILDREN
All liens for old age assistance existing on May 3, 1949, shall continue unaffected by this chapter until discharged by the commissioner of the department of health and human services.
