Text
I. The commissioner of the department of health and human services shall adopt rules pursuant to RSA 541-A, necessary for the enforcement of this chapter. It shall be the duty of local boards of health to assist in carrying out the provisions of this chapter. II. The commissioner of the department of health and human services shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to:
(a)Licenses, license classes, and fees under RSA 143:11 and RSA 143:12.
(b)Bottle sterilization and sanitation under RSA 143:16.
(c)Review of plans for shellfish certificates, shellfish establishments, certificate classifications, and records required by RSA 143:22.
(d)Revocation of shellfish certificates under RSA 143:23-25.
(e)A schedule of administrative fines which may be imposed under RSA 143:7-a for vio
