§ 143:17 — Penalty for Violating Requirements
New Hampshire·Title X PUBLIC HEALTH·Ch. 143 SANITARY PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD·Subdivision Manufacture and Sale of Beverages
Whoever violates any provision of this subdivision, or any rule or regulation lawfully made hereunder, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
