§ 143:19-a — Exemption
New Hampshire·Title X PUBLIC HEALTH·Ch. 143 SANITARY PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD·Subdivision Manufacture and Sale of Beverages
The provisions of this subdivision shall not apply to persons, firms, and corporations duly licensed under the provisions of the milk sanitation code, RSA 184:79-102.
