§ 143:26 — Regulations
New Hampshire·Title X PUBLIC HEALTH·Ch. 143 SANITARY PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD·Subdivision Shellfish
The commissioner of the department of health and human services and the commissioner of the department of environmental services are empowered to make all necessary regulations for the proper enforcement of the respective duties of each agency under this subdivision.
