§ 143:25 — Effect of Revocation
New Hampshire·Title X PUBLIC HEALTH·Ch. 143 SANITARY PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF FOOD·Subdivision Shellfish
Any person, firm or corporation whose certificate has been suspended or revoked, or for whom a renewal has been denied, shall discontinue the processing and sale of shellfish. The sale or processing of shellfish from a non-certified establishment shall constitute a violation of this subdivision.
