Text
All earnings from trust fund assets, all sums received under section142A.415, and 60 percent of the amount collected under section144.226, subdivision 3, are appropriated annually from the children's trust fund for the prevention of child abuse to the commissioner of children, youth, and families to carry out sections142A.41to142A.415.
