(a)The commissioner of children, youth, and families shall work with the commissioner of human services to oversee and administer the fraud prevention program in sections256.981to256.9861.
(b)All recipients of benefits administered by the commissioner of children, youth, and families are subject to the requirements of sections256.981to256.9861and256.9866.
