§ 167 — Allied mental health and human service professionals; temporary permits

Section 167. The board, at its discretion, may issue a temporary permit, effective for up to one year, to an individual whose application for licensure under this chapter is being processed by the board, or to a person awaiting the opportunity to take the first written examination offered by the board after filing such application.
