§571. Actions between parent, person having parental authority, or tutor and child

A.No parent may sue his unemancipated minor child. No other person having parental authority over the minor may sue him.
B.An unemancipated minor may not sue any person having parental authority over him.
C.An unemancipated minor may not sue his tutor. The tutor may not sue the minor.
