Text

A. The governing authority of the Calcasieu Parish Interstate Highway Lighting District shall be a board of commissioners which is hereby created and which is hereinafter referred to as "the board". The board shall be composed of seven members who shall be residents of the district. The members of the board shall serve without compensation, but they shall be reimbursed on a vouchered basis for actual expenses, including travel expenses, to the extent that funds are appropriated or otherwise made available for such purpose. B.

(1)The commissioners shall be appointed as follows:
(a)One member shall be appointed by the governing authority of the city of Lake Charles.
(b)One member shall be appointed by the governing authority of the city of West Lake.
