Text

Notice of the filing of a petition for improvement under the provisions of this Sub-part shall be given by the clerk or secretary of the municipality by publication in the official journal or by publication in any other newspaper published in the municipality if there be no official journal. After thirty days from the date of this publication all persons shall be barred from contesting the validity or sufficiency of the petition for the improvements or interfere with the progress of the improvements as herein provided. The governing authority may thereupon by resolution or otherwise create the illuminated district and order the construction and equipment of the lighting system, the entire costs of the construction and equipment to be paid by the owners of the real property abutting thereon
