§ 33:3623 — Abutting owners to pay cost
Louisiana·Title 33 Municipalities and Parishes
The owners of the abutting real estate shall pay the entire cost of the work, on the basis of the respective frontage of the property on the sidewalk or curbing to be paved or improved.
