§ 31:42

Louisiana·Title 31 Motor Vehicles and Traffic Regulation
§42. By whom a mineral servitude may be used Except as provided in Articles 44 through 52, use of a mineral servitude must be by the owner of the servitude, his representative or employee, or some other person acting on his behalf. Acts 1974, No. 50, §42, eff. Jan. 1, 1975.
