§104. Rules applicable to transactions involving outstanding servitudes; applicability to mineral royalties Articles 76 through 79 concerning transactions involving outstanding mineral servitudes are applicable to mineral royalties, including those created by a mineral servitude owner. Acts 1974, No. 50, §104, eff. Jan. 1, 1975.
