§101. Mineral royalty indivisible except as specifically provided Subject to the exceptions provided in Articles 63 through 71 applicable to mineral servitudes, the rights and obligations of the owner of a mineral royalty are indivisible. Acts 1974, No. 50, §101, eff. Jan. 1, 1975.
