§ 24-517 — Issuance of bonds

Kansas·Ch. 24 DRAINAGE AND LEVEES·Art. 5 DRAINAGE IN VALLEY OF NATURAL WATERCOURSE

All bonds issued pursuant to K.S.A. 24-501 et seq., and amendments thereto, shall be authorized, issued, registered and sold in the manner provided by the general bond law and shall bear interest at a rate not to exceed the maximum rate prescribed by K.S.A. 10-1009.
