§ 24-103 — Same; drainage district may use land recovered

Kansas·Ch. 24 DRAINAGE AND LEVEES·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

Any land recovered as provided for in the preceding section may be used by any drainage district or other lawful authority for the location, relocation or restoration of the channel of such stream.
