§ 24-109 — Same; warrants and assessments
That to carry out the provisions of this act the board of county commissioners of such county is authorized, empowered and directed to issue its warrants in favor of the persons doing such work or owning such lands and to collect the same in three annual assessments upon the property lying within the limits of the benefit district defined by the board of county commissioners.
