§ 24-1103 — Same; certified copy of resolution to district court or county commissioners
Should the governing body of the Kansas district order the consolidation to be made, a duly certified copy of such resolution shall be filed with the clerk of the district court in Kansas where the Kansas district was organized and among the proceedings had therein and recorded on the journal of the court; or, if the Kansas district was organized by the board of county commissioners, then such certified copy shall be filed with the county clerk and spread upon the official records of the board of county commissioners.
