Text
For the purpose of increasing the drainage capacity of any natural watercourse by clearing it of all obstructions, excavating cutoffs, spillways and auxiliary channels and subject to the provisions of K.S.A. 19-270, a drainage district may be organized in the valley of any natural watercourse in Kansas, in the manner hereinafter provided.
