Text

When any general plan and resolution of financing has been finally adopted by the board, in accordance with the procedure set forth in K.S.A. 24-1214 and said resolution provides that all or any part of the cost of the works of improvement is to be paid by the issuance of improvement bonds of the entire district, it shall be the duty of the board to submit the question of approval of said bond issue to an election of the qualified voters of the district. Notice of the time and place and the purpose for which such election is to be held shall be given by one publication at least twenty (20) days prior to the date fixed for such election. Except as hereinbefore provided, the said special election shall be held and conducted in the manner prescribed for conducting and holding elections by K.S
