§ 17-1759 — Solicitations by charitable organizations; title of act

Kansas·Ch. 17 CORPORATIONS·Art. 17 RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS

K.S.A. 17-1759 through 17-1776, and amendments thereto and K.S.A. 17-1778, and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the charitable organizations and solicitations act.
