§ 17-10a08 — Rights and privileges granted to federal savings and loan associations
Every federal savings and loan association incorporated under the provisions of section 5* of the home owners' loan act of 1933, doing business in this state and the shares or accounts issued by any such association shall have all the rights, powers, and privileges, and shall be entitled to the same exemptions and immunities as are building and loan associations organized under the laws of this state and the shares of such associations.
