Text
Any corporation established pursuant to K.S.A. 17-1101 et seq., and amendments thereto, prior to July 1, 1995, shall continue in existence but shall be governed by the provisions of chapter 17 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated relating to the powers, duties and functions of other not-for-profit corporations.
