§ 17-1778 — Custody of records

Kansas·Ch. 17 CORPORATIONS·Art. 17 RELIGIOUS, CHARITABLE AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS
The attorney general shall have the legal custody of all records, memoranda, writings, entries, prints, representations or combinations thereof of any act, transaction, occurrence or event of the secretary of state relating to the charitable organizations and solicitations act.
