Text

The three (3) member board of commissioners of a county elected under this chapter is the county executive. In the name of "The Board of Commissioners of the County of ________" the executive shall transact the business of the county. [Pre-Local Government Recodification Citations: 17-1-14-1 part; 17-1-14-5 part.] As added by Acts 1980, P.L.212, SEC.1.
