§ 36-1-10-15 — Actions to contest validity of lease or to enjoin performance under lease

An action to contest the validity of a lease under this chapter, or to enjoin performance under the lease, must be brought within thirty (30) days after publication of notice of the execution of the lease by the leasing agent or, if an appeal has been taken to the department of local government finance, then within thirty
(30)days after the decision of the department.
