§ 34-7-6-2 — Authority to declare emergency

Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 7 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 6 Extensions of Time During Emergencies

The court, judge, body, or official has authority to:

(1)find and declare:
(A)the existence of an emergency; and
(B)the time during which the emergency existed; and
