§ 34-7-1-9 — Medical malpractice provisions

Sections 1 through 8 of this chapter apply to IC 34-18 concerning medical malpractice, which, before it was recodified
in the recodification act of the 1998 regular session of the general
assembly effective July 1, 1998, appeared at IC 27-12 in the Indiana
Code.
