§ 34-7-1-2 — Applicability
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 7 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 1 Effect of Recodification Act of the 1998 Regular Session
Subject to section 1 of this chapter, sections 3
through 9 of this chapter shall be applied to the statutory construction
of the recodification act of the 1998 regular session of the general
assembly.
