Text
"Foreign protection order", for purposes of IC 34-26-5-17, means a protection order issued by a tribunal of:
(1)another state; or
(2)an Indian tribe;
regardless of whether the protection order was issued in an independent
proceeding or as part of another criminal or civil proceeding.
