Text
"Food source", for purposes of IC 34-30-5, means any of the following:
(1)A restaurant.
(2)A cafeteria.
(3)A hospital.
(4)A hotel.
(5)A caterer.
(6)A public or a private school, or postsecondary educational
institution.
(7)A fraternal organization or veterans organization.
(8)Any other person that prepares and serves food to individuals
in the ordinary course of that person's business.
