Text
"Place of participation", for purposes of IC 34-24-4, means each county in which:
(1)a person participates in the illegal drug market; or
(2)the person:
(A)resides;
(B)attends school; or
(C)is employed;
during the period of the person's participation in the illegal drug
market.
