Text

"Place of illegal drug activity", for purposes of IC 34-24-4, means each county in which:

(1)an individual drug user possesses or uses an illegal drug; or
(2)the individual drug user:
(A)resides;
(B)attends school; or
(C)is employed; during the period of the individual drug user's illegal drug use; unless a defendant in an action brought under IC 34-24-4 proves otherwise by clear and convincing evidence.
