§ 34-59-1-13 — Electronic signatures; electronic delivery

Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 59 UNIFORM UNSWORN FOREIGN·Ch. 1 Uniform Unsworn Foreign Declarations Act

This chapter modifies, limits, and supersedes the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. 7001 et seq.) but does not:

(1)modify, limit, or supersede 15 U.S.C. 7001(c); or

(2)authorize electronic delivery of any of the notices described in 15 U.S.C. 7003(b).
