§ 34-57-5-4 — Residency requirements
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 57 ARBITRATION AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE·Ch. 5 Family Law Arbitration
For arbitration to take place under this chapter, at least one (1) of the parties must have been:
(1)a resident of Indiana; or
(2)stationed at a United States military installation in Indiana;
for at least six (6) months immediately preceding the filing of the
petition or cause of action.
