§ 34-57-2-7 — Right to representation by attorney

A party is entitled to be represented by an attorney at any proceeding or hearing under this chapter. A waiver of the right to representation before the proceeding or hearing is ineffective. [Pre-1998 Recodification Citation: 34-4-2-7.]
