§ 34-57-2-17 — "Court" defined; jurisdiction
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 57 ARBITRATION AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE·Ch. 2 Arbitration: Uniform Arbitration Act
The term "court" means any circuit or
superior court. The making of an agreement described in section 1 of
this chapter providing for arbitration in Indiana confers jurisdiction on
the court to enforce the agreement under and to enter judgment on an
award thereunder.
