§ 34-57-1-1 — Applicability of chapter
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 57 ARBITRATION AND ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE·Ch. 1 Arbitration: Generally
This chapter applies to:
(1)any controversy existing between two (2) or more parties
which might be the subject of a suit at law, except as otherwise
provided in section 2 of this chapter; and
(2)arbitration under IC 36-4-3-21.1 concerning services provided
by a municipal utility to properties located outside the corporate
boundaries of the municipality.
