§ 34-56-4-3 — Actions by judge after presentation of bill

Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 56 APPEALS·Ch. 4 Bill of Exceptions

If the bill of exceptions is true, the judge shall promptly:

(1)sign the bill of exceptions; and
