Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 56 APPEALS·Ch. 3 Federal Agencies Exempt From Appeal Bond
This chapter does not apply to and does not affect in any way the status of any:
(1)national bank or banking institution;
(2)federal building and savings association; or
(3)savings association;
whether organized under federal or state laws.
