§ 34-56-1-3 — New trial motions
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 56 APPEALS·Ch. 1 Judgments From Which Appeals May Be Taken
A ruling or order of the court granting a motion
for a new trial shall be treated as a final judgment. An appeal may be
taken on the ruling or order.
