§ 34-55-1-5 — Form of execution
Indiana·Title 34 CIVIL LAW AND PROCEDURE·Art. 55 EXECUTION OF JUDGMENTS·Ch. 1 Execution of Judgments Generally
The execution must:
(1)issue in the name of the state;
(2)be directed to the sheriff of the county;
(3)be sealed with the seal of the court; and
(4)attested by the clerk of the court.
