Text
(a)Judgments and decrees of a court of record
for the recovery of money may be assigned by the plaintiff or
complainant.
(b)The assignees successively on or attached to the entry of the
judgment or decree and the assignment, when attested by the clerk of
the court, vests the title to the judgment or decree in each assignee
successively.
